Level 2 Escalation Criteria

If you are not satisfied with resolution at Level 1, please reach our Customer Complaint Redressal Cell (CCRC) using any of the below methods.

Escalation to Regulator

If you do not receive any response within one month from us or if you are not satisfied with the resolution of your complaint, you may contact the NHB Chief Grievance Redressal Officer through any of the touch points mentioned below.
