Following are the steps to register with RERA Delhi online as a promoter:

Step 1: Visit the RERA Delhi official website, and from the "Online Registration" drop-down menu, choose "Register as Promoter/Project."

Step 2: After being transferred to a new page, complete the registration form there and click "Create new account.

Step 3: An OTP will be sent to the mobile phone number and email address you entered in the form. Complete the verification procedure by entering the OTP to go to the next step.

Step 4: A message will now be sent to your verified email address asking you to set your own password. After selecting your password, click the "Log in" button.

Step 5: Enter your login details and proceed to the next step to upload all necessary paperwork on the web portal.

Step 6: To verify your email address and mobile number, check all of the boxes and click "Send OTP."

Step 7: Enter the OTP and select "Save & Preview" to view the provided information and documents.

How To Register On RERA Delhi As A Buyer

Following are the steps for RERA registration online as a buyer:

Step 1: Visit the official RERA website. Choose the "Register as Buyer" option from the drop-down menu under "Online Registration."

Step 2: Complete the registration form. Before clicking "Create new account," double-check that the information provided is accurate.

Step 3: Your email and mobile number will receive an OTP. To finish the verification procedure, enter the OTP that was provided.

Step 4: You'll receive a notification asking you to set your password. To log in, you must use the "Login" button after setting your password.

Step 5: Fill out the necessary details on the web site using the credentials.

Steps To File RERA Complaints Online

Following are the steps to file a RERA online complaint:

Step 1: Under the “Complaint” tab on the web portal, click on “File complaint” and log in with the user type of "Complainant." You will receive a confirmation email; verify it to activate your account.

Step 2: Log in to the portal using your credentials and complete it by going to the “My profile” section.

Step 3: Choose the type of complaint the user needs to submit to the authority. A "My Profile" section's data must be used to automatically fill up the complainant's details.

Step 4: Fill out the chosen form with all the necessary information. For the benefit of the user, they have been provided in each field.

Step 5: Pay the needed INR 1000 per complaint registration cost online. A debit card, credit card, or bank account with a net banking facility are required.

Step 6: Upload the pertinent complaint-related documents. A Vakalatnama in the accepted format must be uploaded if the legal professional is representing the complainant. The same needs to be downloaded from a web portal's Documents tab.

Step 7: Click the "Submit" button to submit a complaint, and then write down the reference number for your record.
